What do you recommend after lower eyelid surgery & different size eyes? (Photos)

Hello As you can see by my pictures I wanted my lower eye bags removing. Inthe process of this it looks like my eyes have changed completely in size (one is either too big or the other is too small). My look just looks completely different. Can you see what I mean and if so what do you recommend?
