Thank you for your question and pictures!. Upper eyelid hallowing can be addressed non-surgically with fillers. Surgically there can be fat grafting to add volume giving it a less hallow appearance. While treatment options sound simple, they are complex and choosing a physician that knows how to perform this surgery is imperative. The recovery & downtime is very minimal. Pain is usually minimal as well. There are never any guarantees of course with any procedure whether it is surgical or nonsurgical in nature.I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of eyelid lifts but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations.I hope this helps answer your question. The upper lid hallow can be filled with filler or fat grafting to add additional volume. Also, the medial fat pad can be transposed to fill this area. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area as this is NOT an easy area to treat.
The most precise treatment would be upper eyelid filler injection but it is important to see an expert.
