I don't like my lower eyelids. Do I need a blepharoplasty? (Photo)

Question

I don’t really like my eyes situation especially because of my lower eyelid status. I would like to have a cat eye for my upper eyelid but I don’t know what could benefit my lower eyelid regarding the area I circled in the pics. Co2 laser? Plexr? Lower blepharoplasty? What? I’m so confused. I’ve had this since I was little but it’s getting worse with age I think. I’m 30. Thank you in advance

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. The treatment of choice for your upper eyelids is blepharoplasty. The lower eyelids could benefit from erbium laser or having a pinch of skin removed. You would just need simple skin removal which would help (blepharoplasty) without fat removal. It seems as if there is just redundancy of skin.

You would benefit from having a lower eyelid surgery called blepharoplasty.  This is a safe surgical procedure performed thru a tiny incision performed underneath your eyelashes.  You might want to consider doing a conservative procedure on your upper eyelids.
