How soon can I get 2nd opinion after upper + lower bleph/fat transfer?(Photos)

Question

Had an upper and lower aleph with fat transfer and results are not as expected...there is no difference from before and after ...although the lowers look worse and more hollow in my opinion. How soon after surgery can you get a consult or 2nd opinion to see if there is anything else that can be done to correct situation

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry the surgery didn't result in the desired outcome. I would wait at least 6 months prior to consultation so that swelling has resolved completely, and fat transferred has had time to settle. Whenever I perform facial fat transfer, I tell patients that we're aiming to get things just right, but if I have to hedge, I'd rather risk under filling and overdoing it. It's much easier to add more than to take fat away. I hope this information helps, and I wish you all the best.

Must seek in person or virtual consults. Based upon the posted photos I see excess upper lid skin, tear troughs which can be HA filler improved. Time would be 4-6 months . fee $5,000.
