While sometimes the things you see when the bandages come off may be very scary. Often the imperfections will smooth with time. They can be caused by internal stitches that needed to be placed by the surgeon, or just some things related to your own anatomy and skin. Regardless, most things like you are showing in the photo will resolve in 3-6 months
I think the best person to answer your query will be the surgeon who has operated you. Kindly meet the surgeon who has operated you and I am sure he or she will be in a better position to help you.
Hi there, thank you for your question. First of all, your surgery is still so new and that's why, you have swellings. But, it seems that you developed double bubble on the right breast. I suggest you to keep in touch with your surgeon and follow the advices.
Hello, thank you for your question. It is too early to tell your final result will be. I would recommend to follow the instructions from your plastic surgeon and express any concerns with your doctor. It will take at least three months if not more before your final results can begin to be assessed.
It’s still early to see your final results, however on the right breast it appears you have developed a “double bubble”. This is when the implant sits lower than your original breast fold, so it looks like there is 2 folds. You’d need a revision to fix this. If you were my patient, I’d correct with fat grafting. It’d be best to wait 6 months from your original surgery prior to doing so.All the best,Dr. B
Good morning! You do have a number of issues but it is too early to tell how the final result will look- that will really take 3-4 months to know for sure. You have a double bubble, and your left breast pocket is a little overdissected in the lower inner quadrant. Your right breast also looks a little larger in this photo. Best idea is to wait it out, follow your PS recommendations, discuss your ongoing concerns with them, and if you are still concerned or unhappy with your results at 3 months then reach out to some national revision specialists like myself or others who do this every day!
Dear LimaMia,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
I appreciate your concerns, however you are barely one month postop and very early in your recovery journey. It is likely that your implant on the right side will settle in over the next several months and improve the overall situation. Try to stay patient and positive and follow up with you are board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. I see your area of concern and hopefully with continued healing time this will improve. I see a large volume difference between your breasts however and would tell you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon as they know the full details of your procedure to provide you the greatest level of reassurance.
You still may have some swelling, but I would massage the area. an examination would be needed to see what is causing the indentation. this may resolve, or may need to be revised, but it is too early to know.
Using an inframammary incision shouldn't impact the breast ptosis, although without examining you it's not possible to give a specific recommendation. The inframammary is popular because it gives your surgeon direct visualization of the pocket and lessens the disruption to the breast tissue. ...
Thank you for your question. It's a hard question to answer without seeing you in person or at least pictures. I would take a good guess that if you are completely flat a 325cc ultra high would bring you definitely into a full B possibly a small C. The higher profiles can give the illusion of...
Congratulations on your upcoming surgery. All medications, including supplements should be cleared by your surgeon before taking them. Arnica and bromelain are helpful to take prior to surgery to help with bruising and swelling. I've also included a video on pre and post op nutrition tips...
