From 32A to 325 cc ultra high profile?

I would take a good guess that if you are completely flat a 325cc ultra high would bring you definitely into a full B possibly a small C. The higher profiles can give the illusion of a larger breast. Bras are not standard sizes, but you can probably expect to go up to a C. If need, go back to your surgeon's office and ask to try on that size.
