From 32A to 325 cc ultra high profile?

Thank you for your question. It's a hard question to answer without seeing you in person or at least pictures. I would take a good guess that if you are completely flat a 325cc ultra high would bring you definitely into a full B possibly a small C. The higher profiles can give the illusion of a larger breast. I would discuss all your concerns with your surgeon and make sure you give them your goals. They will do their best to get as close as possible to them. Best of luck to you.

Hello, thank you for your question. Petite women, women with very narrow frames, may require less than 200cc to gain an increase of one cup size. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy.

At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 325 cc implants will take you up to a D. However, I do not recommend you try to get a specific bra size because bra sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Thank you for sharing your question. Unfortunately there is no direct correlation between cc amount and ultimate bra cup so likely best to try on sizers in your surgeons office so you can have a better visual representation of the result.

Hi there, thank you for your question. It's very hard to tell something without a consultation or picture but, you might have C cup after the surgery.

Usually 325cc is close to a C cup. However all bras fit differently and there is no standardization of cup sizes amongst manufacturers, so we can never give a guarantee.

After you choose the size look that you like, the actual cup size it will be will depend on how tight you wear your bra and where you shop. The sizes that fit could all be different. Photos would help to provide a more detailed recommendation, but please don’t get too caught up in numbers when it comes to choosing an implant that is right for you. I appreciate your desire to be as large as possible, however you must consider the fact that if you are quite petite, extremely large implants may not suit your body type.
I try to tailor each breast augmentation operation to my patient's desires and body type. I ask my patients to bring in photos of breasts the size they desire, because there can otherwise be confusion because B or C cup can vary greatly by brassiere manufactures! I also utilize the implant in the bra technique, with several different implant sizes with a tighter fitting T-shirt to get an idea of what you will look like. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and go to your consult with all your questions written down so you don't forget to ask something.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Bras are not standard sizes, but you can probably expect to go up to a C. If need, go back to your surgeon's office and ask to try on that size.
