The only way to address loose skin is by removing it .i.e tummy tuck. Laser lipo will only remove fat and make the skin looser. Unfortunately there are no effective non-surgical skin tightening options that will correct this about of looseness. Regards, Dr Steve Merten, Sydney, Australia
Having one photo makes it difficult to make a complete assessment and recommendation. The tummy tuck will be the only surgery to address the skin laxity and tighten the abdomen in the appropriate fashion. Do not select your plastic surgeon based upon cost alone. I would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of TTs each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before and after photos on that surgeon's website. Then schedule a virtual consultation (it's typically free) with the plastic surgeon to discuss the path to reach your goals. Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
Based on your appearance, I think a tummy tuck is the best procedure for you. Liposuction Is less expensive, but it will not make the skin any tighter. If you are on a budget, be careful not to confuse the lowest price with the best deal. Extremely low price could indicate less access to your surgeon before and after surgery, inferior quality of supplies like sutures and anesthetic medications, and potentially more out of pocket costs if you experience a complication.
TT will address the loose skin, liposuction will only remove some/any additional fat making the loose skin problem even worse.
If you have excess skin- and loose muscle-- it can be addressed surgically with a full Abdominoplasty. It is an investment - and in the right hands patients have great results. Best to seek in person exam by an experienced Board Certified PS
Your best option is a tummy tuck. With that amount of skin, liposuction won't do the trick. You should have very nice results since you are not overweight.
From the picture that you have posted it appears that you will benefit the most from a Tummy Tuck. In this operation the greatest amount of skin can be removed leaving a flat and tone appearance. Make sure you visit with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to go over your desires in detail. I hope this has helped.
Poor posted photos. But my guess is for full TT. Best to seek only in person opinions from private practice boarded PSs.
Hello and Thank you for your question and images. By evaluating your images, I recommend a full Tummy tuck. Having this procedure done you will obtain a flat and tight abdomen removing the excess skin and tighten your muscles. You will obtain better results than just having liposuction. Seek for a personal Consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Obtain a complete understanding of the procedure.Hope this can be of use and Good Luck,Dr. Ricardo Ventura.

Deciding to get an aesthetic procedure to change your body and get a new life style is a big step! Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first. Have a great day! Dr. JPG
I generally ask my patient to refrain from excessive caffeine for the first couple of weeks. That means a cup a day is fine or they can drink decaffeinated coffee. My concern is with increasing blood pressure and heart rate resulting in bleeding or excessive fluid accumulation. This may be un...
