Hello Doctor(s), I had a mole on my chin surgically removed when I was a teenager. It left a scar, which hair will not grow from. Is it possible to undergo a procedure which will allow hair to grow from this area, thus covering up the scar? What type of specialist should I see and what procedure would be best?
