Facial hair transplant over a scar, would this work? (photos)

Hello Doctor(s), I had a mole on my chin surgically removed when I was a teenager. It left a scar, which hair will not grow from. Is it possible to undergo a procedure which will allow hair to grow from this area, thus covering up the scar? What type of specialist should I see and what procedure would be best? I was thinking FUE hair transplant or scar revision surgery. Thank you in advance.

Some people feel sore after surgery and some say they have almost no pain.  Hairs will not grow back from where it was harvested. If the area was over harvested you will have a very thin area.
