Hi experts, I understand that there are various post fue stages before getting good growth from the original grafts. However, I'm 10 days in and the hairs are still in place for now, and I can't see much density. In your esteemed opionions do you think the hairs when fully regrown, can potentially create a dense top? I have pics of before and after. Many thanks in advance

Answer: It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results. If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor
It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen. After two weeks there should be no issues with getting a hair cut.
The scarring or raised bumps will not go away with another surgery. You also risk more bumps with another surgery. This may not happen but it is a risk you must consider. Another surgery may help fill in the gaps making the bumps less noticeable.

5000 grafts is a very large session and amount of hair to extract in a single session. There will be a significant difference in donor hair thickness and high chance of shock loss.
