It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  How full your hair looks is a subjective opinion which also has to do with your hair length, hair style, hair and skin color, etc.  Communication between you and your doctor is very important to meet realistic expectations.

There really is no way to tell definitively what your long-term results will be at ten days postop.  You have a good 8-12 months to wait before you'll see the nd result.

I will be frank and honest. I think that you did not need 4100 grafts and that 1800 or so would have been adequate with you on the drug finasteride to stop the progression of the hair loss and prevent shock loss from happening. 4100 grafts taken from your donor area will deplete your donor area possibly enough to impact hair needs in the future. The doctor seemed to place grafts where you did not have hair loss, something I never do as I don't believe in preventive hair transplants. To answer your question, you will not know your final density until at least 8 months have passed
