Can I take Tramadol hydrochloride 50mg before and after a hair transplant. I suffer with severe shoulder pain.

It is best to ask your surgeon about pre operative medications as each doctor has their unique regimen. 

There isn't any reason why it would not be safe, but definitely make sure your doctor is aware of any and all medications you are taking around the time of the procedure.

These medications are not a problem if your doctor agrees to your taking them so check with your surgeon
