The filler can elevate and smooth the indentation thereby minimizing the prominent appearance of the forehead bones above and below and creating a smooth transition across the entire forehead. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector, since the forehead is not the place for novice injectors accustomed to simply injecting smile lines with ordinary Juvederm or plain Restylane.
