Why is the scar sometimes low on the forehead? (Photo)

This is an operation which I do perhaps more than anyone. The key is to carefully consider the density of the hair and where the incision goes. It is likely that the scar that is too low was just not near enough to the thick hairs, or, had too much tension which resulted in an environment where the hairs had stress and fell out.
