6 months after hairline lowering surgery, what can I do to correct hypopigmented scarring and painful bumps? (photos)

I had a surgical hairline advancement procedure about 6 months ago and have been having complications with it. I have very visible hypopigmented scarring and painful bumps that still bleed. I spoke to the surgeon who did the procedure and they recommended seeking laser treatment and steroid injections. What do you recommend to fix this? Can the scarring be treated?

Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with or without Hairline Lowering Should not be too low and should be minimally noticeable. I invented this and have done more than 5000. The photo you show has NO hair growing thru the scar to hide it. Look for a surgeon who can show you a better result.

Forehead reduction and brow lift do very well as combined procedures, and the combination of these two should not reduce the effectiveness of either one. Good luck!
