Hello doctors, I did some research and came across Forehead Reduction. But since I want a very minimal change, I am a bit afraid of the forehead going to be too low. My forehead is also a bit assymetrical and I have widow's peaks (coves on the sides of my hairline). The hair is thin in that area. For these reasons maybe hair trans plant would benefit me more..? I can't do both as I can not afford financially. I really like the results of the Forehead Reduction also. What do you think?

I have tried lasers for this problem with limited improvement. I would recommend that you find a person who performs medical tattooing and let them tattoo this area. It may need several treatments.
Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with or without Hairline Lowering Should not be too low and should be minimally noticeable. I invented this and have done more than 5000. The photo you show has NO hair growing thru the scar to hide it. Look for a surgeon who can show you a better result.
