Forehead reduction will provide more advancement then probably hair transplant. Your forehead is very high. It is best to be examined to make a final decision between the two techniques.

There is no doubt, based on these photos, that lowering your forehead height, would improve overall balance of your face. Incision is placed along the hairline in zig-zag fashion and is barely visible with your skin type. One can expect around 2-3 cm. reduction of forehead. Hope this helps.
