There are no restrictions regarding flying after having filler injections, whether it be Radiesse or a different filler. If you want reassurance, I would just discuss it with your doctor.
You can fly at any time after having injections of Radiesse or other facial fillers. There should be no issue here but discuss it with your injector to confirm.
I have quite a few patients who actually fly in and out for procedures like Botox and fillers, and it's perfectly fine. It won't increase bruising or swelling or anything like that, so you will be just fine to get on a plane after Radiesse.
I see no reason that flying after placement of a filler should cause any problem and, consequently, we tell our patients that travel after fillers is fine. Certainly, I would defer to your injector on this.

Radiesse works very well in the nose because it resembles the feeling of bone. However, I'm unsure what you're referring to? Bunny lines? Please give us more of an idea about this line, with a picture if possible. Then we can give you a better answer.
