I was born with naturally double eyelid but the shape of my crease is tapered. I desired to have a parallel eyelid crease. Can I change the form of my tapered eyelid into a parallel one? And on the other hand, can you please tell me if you noticed epicanthus fold on me or only the tapered crease. Thanks in advance. Best regards.

Eyelid is a very sensitive area and you may see unevenness during your recovery period. The swelling will continuously go down as time goes, and will even out. As post 11 days is too early for you to see the result, I would recommend you to wait until you fully recover from the surgery...
It sounds like you just had blepharoplasty 3 weeks ago and are having some reactions to the sutures--this is normal. Give it a little more time. If there is significant redness, pain, and drainage, consult with your surgeon as soon as possible. good luck!
The appearance and height of your creases will continue to change as your eyelids heal and the swelling resolves over the course of this year. Symmetry will likely improve as you heal, but follow up closely with your surgeon to ensure the best results.
