Is it possible to switch from sub muscular to sub fascial and downsize 255 cc moderate profile implants?

You can always go smaller in size, especially if you are very active. If you have little breast tissue, I would still stay behind the muscle to avoid seeing the edge and ripples.

Switching to subglandular should be fine. I would recommend having a Strattice mesh added to guard against capsular contracture. This should correct any animation deformity you may be experiencing now.
