Thinking about downsizing my breast implants. I started off as a 32A girl then had two breast implant augmentation surgeries (Feb 2021 and Dec 2021) to get as large as I am today. My first implants were about 385 ccs and put me at 32D then my second implant replacements were about 440 ccs and made me 32DDD. My boobs are beautiful. I just like the way the 32Ds look on my body and under clothes better. There are tops I can’t wear now without looking trashy. Can I go back to 32D without drastically damaging my beautiful boobs (sag, scarring)?
