There's obvious disparities between my left and right breasts. What went wrong with the left and how invasive might it be in order to have it corrected and look like my right breast? I previously had a lift with 440cc Ideal brand implants.
Answer: Surgery It appears that the right side has more breast tissue or a larger implant. However, more tissue was removed on the left side under the breast. The left side can be revised and reshaped, but you may need a smaller implant on the right to match. I would not try and go larger on the left.

Answer: There are several possible causes of your issue Thank you for your question. It is difficult to know what caused this problem just from the photos and the contents you sent. The cause can be confirmed only if you have a more precise examination and consider medical history well. However, if we estimate the possible situation, it is possible that there was fat necrosis due to poor blood circulation in the tissue in the left chest depression at the time of the last operation or there was a problem in the healing process, or adhesion occurred as a severe scar was formed inside the area. There are several possible causes. The solution is to release adhesions and perform fat grafting in the space (a relatively simple method). Even if you do this, if there is a high possibility that the shape is different from that of the other side, I think you will need to do the surgery on the other side as well.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Trustworthy366999, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
