Otoplasty Gone Wrong , Please HELP. (photos)

In my experience it is extremely difficult to achieve surgically what you have simulated with your hand. 
Moving the upper pole of your ear that close to your head l (as you have shown in the front view) would require sticking the ear to the side of the head. This is clearly demonstrated in the picture you took from behind which shows complete narrowing of the space behind your ear.
There are potential options to improve the shape of your ear such as bringing out the central part. These will depend on assessment and examination.

Discussing this during a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who performs otoplasty surgery is the best course of action.

It is possible to revise an otoplasty. You should find a board certified plastic or facial plastic surgeon. Talk to the surgeon about what you don't like. Do NOT suggest or demand surgical techiques.
