The final results from fillers depends on which fillers you use. If you use typical Hyaluronic Acid fillers (Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Silk, Perlane) then the results are fairly immediate. You may have some swelling, depending on the area injected, so it's safe to say that most of the time, your final results should be fairly close at about 2 weeks. If you use a filler like Sculptra, the final results take much longer, and multiple treatments sessions are typically necessary. It's probably fair to say less changes are likely after about 2 months, since it relies on the body to stimulate collagen growth.
Most fillers show the results immediately but the swelling goes down by 2 weeks and you can determine then if touch ups or more is needed for optimal correction. I would suggest a formal consultation with a facial rejuvenation expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
There are so many different types of fillers and so many indications on the face for which they can be used so there can be no blanket answer to your question. Using the same filler and for the same indication then the final result can vary even on the same patient! So, in short, discuss with your physician who can give you the best predications based on the type of filler and how it is being used.
It depends on the type of filler you had injected. Hyaluronic acid based fillers will show results immediately, but you need to give it at least 2 weeks until the swelling goes down to get a true assessment of the end result. Other fillers, such as Sculptra will take a few months to see the full result. Therefore, unless the type of filler is known, the question cannot be answered properly.
It depends on the type of fillers and the location. Most facial fillers the results are immediate but it takes a few weeks before swelling has subsides to see the final results.Good luck!
Impossible to answer. Depends on amount injected, areas injected, etc....................................
Most of my patients receive either hyaluronic acid (Juvederm) or Radiesse fillers. I explain to them that the juverderm will absorb fluid and "smooth out" over a period of approximately four days. Radiesse requires about a week or two for the swelling to subside. When we use Sculptra for a longer term benefit each injection stimulates collagen, a process that takes a few months to accomplish.
Except for Sculptra, you should be able to see reresults immediately except for some swelling which usually resolves within a few days to a week or so.
