Hello there! I would recommend discussing this with your provider, since every provider has different preferences with timing. In my experience, after two weeks the area should not be tender, and the injection sites should be healed. Because of this, I would feel comfortable treating a patient with micro-needling at that time. Kybella works deep in the subcutaneous layer, whereas micro-needling is much more superficial. Cheers! Thank you for your question. Each doctor will be a little bit different in their recommendations regarding this. You should ask the surgeon who is performing the RF/Micro treatment what his or her preference is. In my practice, I usually encourage patients to wait about 6-8 weeks after Kybella treatment before repeating the treatment or doing anything else. Best of luck!
