You are a candidate if you have excessive subcutaneous fat, which is resistant to diet and exercise. If you wish to change the contours of your body. better candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior. 
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A breast lift with an implant can be performed at the same
time for improved shape and contour of your breasts. Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

I would recommend  a tummy-tuck with liposuction and a breast augmentation w/lift. A "Mommy Makeover" is not a single procedure, but a combination of procedures to restore and enhance the appearance of a woman's body following her pregnancies. The result is smoother skin texture as well as a more youthful, slimmer appearance. A Mommy Makeover involves a combination of procedures:1.Breast augmentation, lift , augmentation with a lift, or reduction2. Liposuction of the abdomen or abdominoplasty (mini or full)3. Based on your photos- you appear to be a candidate for an Abdominoplasty with possible flank liposuction and breast lift with implants -since you desire perkier and fuller breasts. I agree-in my opinion- non-surgical options in most instances- will be useless- when you're a surgical candidate. Be sure to seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person exam

Optimal improvement of the abdomen will require a full abdominoplasty or tummy tuck surgery. Optimal improvement of the breasts will require a breast lift and likely a breast implant. These surgeries together are often referred to as a "mommy makeover". The breast lift, breast implant, and tummy tuck can all be completed at the same time in a safe manner if desired. Some liposuction can also be done, but if you are wanting to combine aggressive liposuction, you might be best to separate the procedures into two surgeries.
