When the pins & needles & burning started, PS ordered massage, heat, Advil. I had a friend over massaging my stomach, sides, and back for more than an hour twice a day so it was bearable. He left yesterday & today the pain is already unbearable again & I barely got any sleep. I massaged myself 3x to exhaustion (sore arms, shortness of breath) and nerve pain is still VERY intense. Taking Advil, B complex, doing heat. What else can I do?

Answer: 30 dpo MMO (TT, MR, 360 Lipo, BL, BA) severe nerve pain only relieved with prolonged (+40 min at a time) massage - can't sleep!
