Revision rhinoplasty opinions - is this due to healing & is the revision minor/major? (Photos)

It would be surprising if your nasal base was perfectly straight and symmetrical before surgery. If that was the case, then your asymmetrical base is due to your surgery. In all likelihood, the bottom of your nasal septum may be deviated to your right which is causing your tip to veer in the opposite direction. Hi there! The question would be what specifically bothers you regarding the outcome. If it's the base view and asymmetry of the columella, that can be improved in a relatively straightforward fashion. If it's something more with the tip, then the revision would be more involved. Healing can vary after a revision. It often takes longer for the skin to contract and relieve itself of the pressure. Taping and steroids after can help. I would revisit with your surgeon if you're comfortable to learn more. Or, seek a second opinion regarding your goals. Hope this helps!
