It is still early in the healing but I would like to have seen more of an improvement. It looks like from the markings that you had some liposuction performed during the tummy tuck. I would like to know if a plication was performed to help flatten the abdomen, that would help to know. Hope that helps.
You are still relatively early in your post operative recovery process. There appears to be a few small areas of residual subcutaneous fat. If these areas do not resolve you may require some touch up liposuction.
Your result looks pretty good. We find that even with mini tummy tuck muscle plication is most effective when carried above the belly button. If your abdomen is flat when you are on your back you might get better tone when the tenderness is gone fully.
It is definitely too soon to tell. You still could have swelling. Did you PS tighten your muscles (plication)? Speak to your physician and get their feedback since they manage your care. Thank you for your post. Seromas can be painful and cause a cosmetic deformity, as well as sometimes leak. The whole point of drains is to keep a seroma from happening in the first place. If a drainless procedure was performed, and you had a seroma, or you had drains that were pulled and you...
While there are some sutures that have small wire components, and it was done in the past, it would be unheard of for someone to be using these today.
