Thankyou for your question .From the photo it appears you have redness and swelling around the nasoabial lines( ie end of line starting from the nose and heading towards the mouth) rather than the marionette (which is the line from the corner of the mouth to the jawline) .Regardless of where it is , you may be experiencing an inflammatory reaction to the filler or  an infection , In this case you may need steroid (oral or injected but need to be cautious with injected steroid due to risk of causing skin/soft tissue depression )or  antibiotic treatment especially if you are going to have hyaluronidase again . Your physician should be able to make this assessment and treat accordingly. Best of luck.

Thank you for your question.  I'm sorry to hear that you aren't pleased with the results of your Juvederm treatment.  Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid filler, and should respond to hyaluronidase injections.  That said, it may take multiple sessions to fully reverse the effects of your Juvederm, and the effectiveness of each session can depend on the amount and concentration of hyaluronidase being used.  I would recommend following-up with your injector to discuss your concerns.  It may also be worthwhile to get a second opinion from an experienced cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon.  Best of luck!
