I'm 28 and have very thin brows from plucking for a few months 14 years ago. I have PCOS and I'm on spironolactone to help with unwanted hair growth. I have tried everything out there so I do believe I would need the hair transplants but I'm not sure if it would take and would hate to waste money on it or have to redo them. I'm super embarrassed and people tend to stare for how thin they are which has made me even more self conscious. Just trying to see what my options are. Thank you.

Answer: PCOS will not affect eyebrow hair growth or surgery.
If you are looking for a second or third opinion on if you would be a candidate for surgery it would be best to see a doctor in person. Photos cannot assess your donor hair.
It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen. Saline spray is not necessary but some doctors may recommend it.
What you are seeing is the shedding of the crusts which should have been washed off the day of and the day after the surgery. Just use shampoo and gently rub these with your finger tips, but do not do it hard of you could force the grafts out
