I've had an irregular heartbeat and anxiety since botox a month ago. What should I do?

My dentist made botox to my chin 1 month ago for squezing tooth at sleep,since 3 weeks I have irregular heartbeat and anxiety. I read that these can be alergic side effects of botox! I went to cardiologist had an EKG and they said nothing is wrong with my heart, What should I do? is this beacuse of BOTOX? I am very unhappy disturbed and feel UNHEALTY!

An irregular heart beat would certainly be a rare complication of Botox, but it has been described, particularly in older patients.  It may be conincidental.  Best to go back to your cardiologist for further evaluation.  You may need a 24 hour monitoring session ("Holter") , if the simple ECG and rhythm strip didn't show anything unusual.

I don't know exactly how much Botox you got, but it is very unlikely that your symptoms are because of the Botox. Especially 1 month after your injection. I agree with the others that you should be evaluated by your primary care physician. Feel better!

I am not aware of any association between Botx and cardiac arrythmias.  There is no reason for you to feel unhealthy.
