I am booked in for a BBL with a doctor who only performs over the muscle BBLs for safety reasons. Obviously I’d rather be safe than anything else but my desired results would be for a significantly larger bum and wider hips. My questions is, is there a difference in the results from injecting the fat over the muscle vs under. Does going over the muscle reduce the amount of fat that can be injected and the chances of the fat surviving?
