Hi there im a male, 19 years of age and I say around 20 percent body fat. My eyes seem to bulge out quite a bit, wanted to ask if there are any not too invasive ways to fix this like filler or fat grafting

At 19, I would be very cautious about trying to “fix” bulging eyes with filler or fat grafting before understanding the cause. Some people naturally have more prominent eyes because of their eye socket anatomy, eyelid position, brow structure, or facial proportions.
The first step is to rule out medical causes of eye prominence, especially thyroid eye disease. Even in young patients, if the eyes seem to be becoming more prominent, dry, irritated, asymmetric, or associated with double vision, pressure, pain, or vision changes, an ophthalmologist should evaluate you.
Filler or fat grafting does not actually push the eyes back. In selected cases, adding volume around the orbital rim or upper cheek can camouflage a hollow area and make the eyes look less prominent, but it can also make the area look puffy or unnatural if overdone.
True reduction of eye protrusion usually requires orbital decompression surgery, which is a specialized procedure and not something to consider unless there is a clear medical or anatomical indication. For most cosmetic cases, conservative camouflage is safer than aggressive surgery.
My advice would be to see an oculoplastic surgeon for an exam before doing anything. Ask whether this is true proptosis, eyelid retraction, deep tear trough/cheek hollowing, or normal anatomy. If it is mainly facial balance, very subtle filler may help in selected areas, but it should be done carefully and only after medical causes are excluded.

From this one picture, it does not appear as if your eyes bulge out a lot... I don't think you need to do anything.
