You can obtain symmetry by utilizing fillers. I suggest consulting with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist or a facial plastic surgeon regarding this sort of treatment. Most fillers used in this area last between 8-12 months. Best, Dr. Emer.
Left upper eyelid filler injection may help and it usually lasts about 1 year. Best to see an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.
I think the amount of eyelid showing above your lashes is asymmetric, and as one responder observed, if you look closely enough at other people, that is a very common area to have a little asymmetry. Whether it bothers you enough to have it addressed is a personal question that nobody can decide for you. Filler can mask this asymmetry some, but it would be hard to make it completely symmetric. I would say fillers could get you 60-70% of the way there, and if you would be happy with that it's an option. Agree with other poster Dr. Taban that an ASOPRS oculoplastic specialist may be your best bet since fillers in the upper eyelid can be very tricky. I have seen it last longer than a year in this area but it's person-dependent based on how quickly your body resorbs it. Best of luck.

I suggest consulting with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist, plastic surgeon, or oculoplastic surgeon regarding this. Best, Dr. Roya
Some facial asymmetry is seen in almost everyone. The degree of asymmetry you have is minimal and I would leave it alone for the time being. If it worsens with age then I would consider addressing it.
Your eyes are absolutely normal. The amount of asymmetry that you see is actually observed in every single individual on this planet. Any surgical or even non surgical intervention can give you more problems then desired. Enjoy your life and good luck from New York City
Hi @rererey! You would be a great candidate for dermal filler in your piriform fossa and nasolabial folds. I typically use Restylane Defyne or Refyne. Best of luck to you!
I use cannulas often in my practice for its many benefits. The goal is to promote the healing process and limit downtime. I suggest seeing an expert to have a formal consultation to determine what is best. Dr. Emer
I would recommend waiting to get dermal filler until your chalazion resolves. Inflammation from the chalazion can distort your final results from the filler. You are also at a higher risk of infection by introducing filler material into an inflamed area with bacteria. For chronic chalazions, you...
