Thank you for your question!  For nasolabial lines, Juvederm is the filler of my choice. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with an experienced injector to determine which filler is the best for you.  All the best!

For nasolabial folds, I recommend a combination approach to get the most improvement: Fillers like Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, and Belotero for the folds themselves and Sculptra to provide anatomical support through collagen building. Lasers and microneedling/PRP will improve texture and tone while Ultherapy/radiofrequency treatments can provide skin tightening and lift as needed. Hi,You do not need filler in the nasolabial fold. The lines around the mouth that look like parenthesis can be treated with a very thin filler such as restylane refyne or they can be left alone. See an injection specialist to discuss your concerns in detail.Best,

Hyaluronic acid based fillers, such as Vollure would be a great option for your nasolabial folds. Voluma, a thicker filler, can also be used in the midface/cheek area to provide a bit of lift, detracting from the folds. Hyaluronic acid based fillers are able to be dissolved if you do not like the results for whatever reason! I would recommend an in person consultation with a provider in your area so they are able to better assess you in person! 

The hyaluronic acid fillers are a great option for treating fine lines and wrinkles such as the smile lines or radial lines around the mouth, along with softening the transition areas such as the nasolabial fold. I prefer Restylane or Juvederm for the nasolabial fold itself, and Restylane Silk for the finer lines. With that being said, there are several great filler options available to address these areas. Another important component, particularly for the fine lines, is good skin care (i.e. use of retinoid acid, vitamin C serum, etc). Laser skin resurfacing or PRP with microneedling is a great option for further addressing these very fine lines and improving the texture and tone of your skin. Either Restylane Refyne or Restylane Defyne would be a great option for treating your nasolabial folds. 

I've achieved excellent results using Juvederm Ultra XC in the nasolabial folds.  Another option is to have filler placed in your upper cheeks which accentuates the cheekbones & softens the nasolabial lines.  There are different types of filler and its important to use the formulation that is best for the area of the face.  Consult with an experienced injector to determine which option is best for you.

Hello there! I would recommend a very small amount of soft filler like Refyne, Volbella, Juvederm Ultra, injected into the fine lines. I would also inject a small amount deeper into the sunken area by your nose. Be very careful who you trust in this area, as it is highly vascular and too much filler can greatly distort the look of your face. You may also want to consider a more natural option like microneedling or laser resurfacing to stimulate collagen in this area, softening the lines that way. Good luck to you! Sarah RN BSN
