I'm 17 yrs old. How can I fix my uneven eyelids? (photo)

Hi, I'm 17 and I have a small bump on my left eye and I found out through searching that it is a chalazion. I used hot compress everyday and I noticed that the bump is getting smaller but I also noticed that my eyelids is now uneven. So I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help fix this? I'm only a student so I can't afford any surgery.

I would suggest continuing warm compresses to help reduce the recurrence risk and development of new chalazia.  From the provided photo you have beautiful eyes and all patients have some degree of unevenness.  In surgery, "the enemy of good is perfect."  Your eyelid unevenness is not showing in the photo, and may improve further as your chalazia fully resolves.

You should not worry about it; it is minor. All the faces are asymmetric.
