Hi, I'm 17 and I have a small bump on my left eye and I found out through searching that it is a chalazion. I used hot compress everyday and I noticed that the bump is getting smaller but I also noticed that my eyelids is now uneven. So I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help fix this? I'm only a student so I can't afford any surgery.

I suggest that you consult your surgeon. You may have a collection of blood under the skin, called a hematoma. Alternatively, there might be residual fat that could be removed after all swelling has resolved and the skin and muscle have softened.
Your concern is understandable because the eyes are so important to appearance. While the other doctors have been most
respectful and kind in their comments, I presume these would not have satisfied you if you want the situation to be
permanently corrected. I presume you would feel relieved...

Looks like a case of difference in the levator mechanism of the eye causing a condition called ptosis. This can be addressed with surgery.
