You may have a fluid collection under skin that is known as a seroma, a common complication. It may need to be drained. If stays long enough it may forms scar lining that may require surgical removal. A followup is needed.

Visual field restrictions are common result of periorbital aging. If the restriction significant enough the insurance will cover the corrective procedure. To determine that you need to have visual field studies done by your optometrist or ophthalmologist. They will tape up for eyelid skin do the study and compare the result to untaped study. They will report the numeric degrees of visual field restriction and that will be the determining factor for your insurance.

The corrective procedure that is more common for this problem is endoscopic brow lift and upper blepharoplasty. These procedures are done by plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, and occuloplastic surgeons in that order of frequency. Because blepharoplasty alone is not an adequate treatment it is best to be sure that the specialist (regardless of his specialty) you see is able to offer you an endoscopic brow lift as an option. If not, you are better off to find a more versatile provider.

It is likely to be a recurrence of lipoma. It is best to re-excise it and histologically study. Although transformations of lipoma to liposarcoma are exceedingly uncommon, it is worth re-studying this recurrence.

Based on the pictures presented, you have a very athletic and proportionate body. A donor site for fat grafting is undesirable fat. You do not have enough donor site fat. 50 ml of fat is not sufficient to make enough difference on the buttocks.

Your arms will require brachioplasty (with 360 lipo and medial skin excsion) and abdomen - abdominoplasty. The back and "love handles" will benefit from liposuction or better yet a Brazilian buttock lift (with fat graft of the procured fat to the buttocks). 

Interventions without skin-reduction will lead to poor results. The more weight you can loose before these procedures the better result is going to be and the fewer complications you may encounter.
