I've had transconjunctival blepharoplasty a week and two days ago(05/30). Most of the bruising has gone down but I have worries. I can't really notice any changes and I now have this lump under my eye that is hard and it hurt at times. It's my left eye I don't really see it under my right.

Looks like a case of difference in the levator mechanism of the eye causing a condition called ptosis. This can be addressed with surgery.

Photos would be helpful here. Did they do a canthoplasty or canthopexy with the lower eyelid surgery? As you heal from a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, the skin may start to tighten and pull on the outer corner - especially if a lot of skin was removed, and if there was no...
