I can understand your desire to not undergo further nasal surgery. You may have a slight indentation along your left nasal sidewall that may be causing a crooked appearance. Hello! Great questions. Filler can certainly be used to add volume to certain areas and improve any asymmetries. As you may know, there are risks with injecting filler within the nose such as necrosis. The process is very simple and results immediate. Reinjection usually occurs roughly every 6-8 months. Another option would include adding fascia under the skin envelope. The temporalis fascia can be added via a closed approach and can work quite nice. Hope this helps!
