I have previously had one septorhinoplasty due to a deviated septum and early last year I had a revision rhinoplasty to help with the aesthetics and uneven appearance. My original nose was extremely uneven and although I've had 2 surgeries I understand it may not be possible to completely eliminate asymmetries. I was wondering if filler may be used to possibly help balance the front view or something else?
