3 months after nonsurgical nose job, nose is still red - should I be concerned about possible necrosis? (photos)

I had a nonsurgical nose job (filler) 2-3 mo ago. The tip of my nose has been red ever since the procedure and I am concerned because it is not improving at all. I can see some little darkened capillaries and am also nervous about a little dark spot I saw today. If this were a serious complication leading to necrosis would it have happened already and now it's just cosmetic? Or should I go get it dissolved? The injector said sometimes redness takes forever to resolve but I'm concerned.

Your nasal tip certainly appears quite red. This can happen when too much filler is placed into a small area. Do you know how much volume was used? Does your nasal tip look improved with the filler as compared to before? If you have an improved tip appearance, you might consider IPL treatments to reduce the redness. If your nose is suffering from inflammation with variation in swelling and discomfort, this may not be a good idea. If your current physician cannot help you, please get a second opinion.
