Alarplasty, Nose & Lip filler - do I need a number of recovery days in between the procedures?

Hi there, I loved the results of my 5 mins nose job but a year later I need a refill. I can still feel some filler when I touch the sides of my bridge but the elevated effect is gone. Im thinking of reducing nostrils size (alarplasty) & adding nose bridge filler and .5ml filler to lips at the same time. Or do I need a number of recovery days in between the procedures? Thanks
