Can dermal fillers be used to correct a narrow nose tip or should I consider a tip plasty? (photos)

We have had great success utilizing microdroplet Silikon-1000 for improving upon the appearance of a shrink wrap nasal tip. This condition is seen in patients with firm nasal tip cartilage and thin nasal skin, typically over a long period of time. In our experience, a permanent non-surgical approach is favorable to Revision rhinoplasty surgery which may lead to the same outcome in time.
