Can dermal fillers be used to correct a narrow nose tip or should I consider a tip plasty? (photos)

I got primary rhinoplasty and I love how it looks but in certain types of lights my tip nose looks very narrow. I had very bulbous nose before but now I think it looks fake. Do fillers may help with the pinched tip nose? I read it's called shrink wrap and the cartilage shows when the skin is thin. I don't know if I need tip plasty or fillers or if this is normal.
