What can be done to fix a botched otoplasty? (Photo)

This is my left ear, after I did otoplasty for about 3 years ago. What can I do? It's under so much tension that it hurts even to move my head to the right.

Yes, it’s higher than the other two, but it really depends on the area, and the facility,for instance hospital, ASC, or physician office. Maybe ask your doctor of choice to perform the surgery at the least expensive facility?
