What can be done to fix a botched otoplasty? (Photo)

This is my left ear, after I did otoplasty for about 3 years ago. What can I do? It's under so much tension that it hurts even to move my head to the right.

In our practice, most otoplasty procedures are performed under local anesthesia, since the ears are rather easy to number up. Most patients tolerate the procedure very well. That can avoid general anesthesia fee. For our current facility fees, please see the link below
