from the pics it looks like there is some thicker scar formation (hypertrophic scarring) which is very common in ear surgery. it will require a surgical procedure (another otoplasty) to remove the scarring, and to smooth the helical rim. Sorry this happened but its not uncommon to have this problem after ear surgery.
