Yes, it’s higher than the other two, but it really depends on the area, and the facility,for instance hospital, ASC, or physician office. Maybe ask your doctor of choice to perform the surgery at the least expensive facility?

Virtually all otoplasty surgeries done in adults can be done under just local anesthesia in an office OR so that the only charge is for the surgery. The ears are easily anesthetized with a few injections of local anesthetic like you get at the dentist. Some patients are candidates for the incisionless technique where permanent sutures are placed without making an incision leaving no scar.
