How can I fix my odd curled earlobes? (Photo)

It seems like a genetic thing, but my left earlobe is oddly curled and sticks out when I face in front of me, whereas my right earlobe doesn't. It's also thicker than my right earlobe. Is there any way to fix this and would the procedure be complicated?
