Where can I get an alarplasty in the Fitchburg Massachusetts area? (photo)

Hi and thanks for your question!  I unfortunately don't know anyone in your area but alarplasty or alar base reduction can be done by any surgeon who is familiar with rhinoplasty.  You should go consult with a surgeon to make sure alarplasty is right for you and whether you need other pieces of a rhinoplasty.  You have to make sure that changing one thing doesn't make other parts of your nose look worse.  Good luck!  

I would think that any rhinoplasty surgeon would be able to perform this procedure. It is also called an alar base reduction. I always caution people with these because it is really the single thing in rhinoplasty that is IRREVERSIBLE. There is no way to put back the skin once it is taken out and the nostrils are narrowed. I have revised many noses that had over reduction of the alar base and it causes pretty significant breathing and aesthetic problems. I would recommend visiting with a few rhinoplasty surgeons and get an overall plan for the changes you would like to make. Best of luck
