After having 27 years of experience in using hyaluronic acid and other fillers, I would not recommend using fillers in the lower eyelid region where the skin is so thin. In my opinion the best approach to correcting your problem is with the use of fat grafting. Fat grafting can restore normal appearance and anatomy of the lower eyelid and cheek area as long as it is done by an expert Plastic surgeon with a great deal of experience in fat grafting .
