Where would dermal fillers best enhance my face? Considering under eyes, nasolabial, cheek, and chin (Photo)

Question

I have had good experiences with cosmetic procedures in the past (a rhinoplasty and dysport injections) and I'm now looking into dermal fillers. I feel like my face looks a bit flat, especially in photos, which is why I'm considering cheek and chin, although my undereye bags are intense for my age and I don't like the prominence of my laugh lines. Realistically I can't do everything due to cost but what would be best prioritized?

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. There are many options available to address the concerns that you mentioned.  Filler works well under the eye and in the cheek area to enhance facial contours. There are photographic evidence of fat atrophy or volume loss likely due to aging. If limited by budget, the "best bang for your buck", I would recommend starting with 2 cc of fillers in the mid cheeks. This can potentially immediately reduce the look of your eye bags as well as lift your cheeks up to reduce laugh lines. 
Of course there are more that can be done later or even alternatives such as volumising agents such as Sculptra, Radiesse or HarmonyCa.

For the best recommendations I need to see the front of the face. But so far, temple appears in need of few couple syringes. This must be performed by a very experienced master injector. Cheeks, under cheeks, lower face can be refreshed as well. Your chin looks good. Your jaw line is great.
