While Botox will do a good job at smoothing out lines, dermal fillers will do an even greater job at filling in dents and depressions. Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can be injected into areas of the forehead which require additional volume.

If you are using fillers to address lines and wrinkles, your surgeon can inject them directly into the wrinkle to plump up the skin. For forehead contouring, fillers will be injected at marked areas to achieve your desired shape. Botox may be injected as well to enhance and prolong the results.

Injectables to the forehead area require skill and experience (because of the blood vessels in the area). This is why I highly recommend only seeking treatments from a reputable experienced injector. Such experts will know how much product to use and where to precisely inject it to safely achieve the most natural-looking results.

I would try Botox injections in your prominent glabellar muscles (just above your brows.). Injecting filler in the forehead can lead to severe complications such as blindness and tissue loss in the hands of expert physician injectors. It is just not worth the risk in my opinion.
