I have a weird caveman like dent on my forehead (seen on the right of my head in this area photos. Is filler possible to make it look less warped? Also, is there any kind of forehead reduction surgery ( or better yet non surgery) options to reduce the size of my forehead. It's huge and warped!

Without seeing a picture of you, this is impossible to fully answer. With that said, you can either maintain or eliminate a widow's peak with a hairline lowering. I can't comment about the 3.1cm without knowing anything about your elasticity.
