Is it possible to get filler for my head dents and is surgery possible for my forehead height? (Photos)

I have a weird caveman like dent on my forehead (seen on the right of my head in this area photos. Is filler possible to make it look less warped? Also, is there any kind of forehead reduction surgery ( or better yet non surgery) options to reduce the size of my forehead. It's huge and warped!

Certainly filler can be used as a temporizing method to fill in the forehead depression. There are also more permanent implant options as well. Only a surgical approach will work for forehead reduction in which bone has to be removed.
