Can hairline lowering fix a genetic widows peak?

Question

I wanted to know if hairline lowering surgery could be done to fix my widows peaks that I had gotten from genetics, I'm not losing any hair but am wanting to fix those peaks. It is about 3.1 cm 1 1/4inch that I'd like lowered which I also wanted to know if that is to much to do in a single surgery. I do not want to do hair transplant since I don't want to lose hair from other areas.

Without seeing a picture of you, this is impossible to fully answer.  With that said, you can either maintain or eliminate a widow's peak with a hairline lowering.  I can't comment about the 3.1cm without knowing anything about your elasticity.

Hairline Lowering and design using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Incision with or without brow lift. Yes I invented this technique and have done more than 2000 over the past 46 years. Make sure you see the actual hairline with the hair pulled back! The widows peak etc can be removed or adjusted.

The widow's peak with a remnant of your more youthful hairline. It can be removed with a hairline advancement surgery or it can be surrounded with hair from a hair transplant lowering surgery. If both cases the widow's peak will disappear.
