To answer your question, yes we can reshape the hairline with a hairline lowering procedure and I often even out the sides when one is higher than the other. The 2 photos you posted look like 2 different people so I'm not sure what's going on there.

An ideal female forehead height, for a woman of average stature, would be about 6.5-7cm. If yours is within 2cm of this measurement, the scalp could be advanced to give you an improvement in symmetry and shape. Another option would be FUE hair transplantation. You are a great candidate for forehead reduction/hairline lowering, via a trichophytic (hair follicule preserving) technique. This is the same technique I use for brow lifting, but instead of raising the brow, we go the other way, and lower the hairline. Its unlikely to get the forehead less wide with forehead reduction however.
